Welcome to Chadderton WI
We formed on the 7th of June 2016 and are part of a new wave of ubran WIs.
Being a member of the WI offers you the opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills and be active in your community.
We meet the 1st Tuesday of the month at St George's Church on Broadway in Chadderton, Oldham. From 7:30-9:30PM.
At our monthly meetings we have a guest speaker or workshop and these are on a wide range of topics, see our program page for more information.
The meetings also have a social time where drinks and cakes are sold giving members the opportunity to get to know each other and socialise.
Being part of The WI gives you access to all our sub groups which include our Book Club, Craft Group, Walking Group and Theatre Group. You also get 11 meetings a year and 8 copies a year of 'WI Life' magazine. As a WI member you become part of a big community of women across the country and you can also access courses at Denman College.
